Submit Official High School/College Transcripts, or GED Test Scores
Official documents should be submitted to the Admissions and Records office at Northeast Lakeview College in a sealed envelope in person or by mail at:

Electronic Transcripts:
Official PDF/electronic Transcripts must be e-mailed directly from the former institution to Northeast Lakeview College at nlc-admissions@708212.com
All foreign transcripts (except for those acquired in a US Territory) must be translated and/or evaluated. For translation for admission purposes only, choose ‘General Evaluation’. For translation for credit transfer, choose ‘Course-by-course Evaluation’. You can choose any vendor from NACES–approved vendors. Once you have received the evaluation and transcript, please turn in at the Admissions and Records Office – STCM114.
GED certificates:
May be issued through the Texas Education Agency.
Requesting a Transcript
Both current and former students can request transcripts online via ACES.
- Current students can access web services at the top left corner of their ‘Student’ page.
Web Services > Student tab > Student Records > Request Official Transcript
- Former students can access web services at the bottom left side of their ‘Home’ page.

Within the ordering process, you will have the following options available:
- Hold for Grades: your transcript will not be produced until the in-progress term has ended, and all grades are posted to your record.
- Hold for Degree: your transcript will not be produced until the in-progress term has ended, and all grades with your degree award have been posted. This may be as many as 45 days after the end of the applicable term.
- Include Attachments: you may include attachments to accompany your request if required by the recipient.
There is now a PDF option for sending your official transcript!

There is a minimum charge of $10.00, via credit or debit card, per transcript.
A $5 discount will be applied within the order when the PDF option is specified as the delivery method for those eligible requests.
Overnight delivery is available for an additional charge.

- Correct name and billing address for the credit/debit card used
- Year attended from & to
- Birth Date
- First name & Last name
- Current address with city and state
- Primary Email address
- Primary reason for order (list to choose from)

- Type (list to choose from)
- Designated ‘Attention to’ or department
- Physical address with city and state
- Email (when PDF option is utilized)
Important Notes:
If you need official transcripts for a third party, they must be sent directly to their email address.
- Transcripts are NOT printed on campus. ALL transcripts are printed and mailed from an off-site location after a request is made. For this reason, it is not possible to pick up a transcript in person on the same day as your request.
Transcript request take 3 to 5 business days to be processed when it is a printed transcript. PDF requests for students with no holds and/or issues within their request, are typically sent out within the hour of the order being processed.
Please contact Credentials Solutions at 847-716-3005 if your request is not processed in 7 business days. During peak transcript request periods, the processing time for your transcript may be longer. - Students with a ‘transcript-hold’ will be able to request a transcript online, but until the hold is resolved, the transcript will not be sent out.

Please know that by submitting your transcript request through the link below, there may be a delay in submitting your official authorization to Credentials Solutions for the release of your transcript.
There is no delay in requesting your transcript through your logged-in ACES account. If you need help retrieving your login information, please contact our helpdesk.

- Choose ‘Web Services’
- Click on ‘Student’
- Click on ‘Student Record’
- Click on ‘View Unofficial Academic Transcripts’ (boxes should be prefilled)
- Click ‘Submit’
- Right-click and choose ‘Print’

PLEASE NOTE: If you attended more than one Alamo College, your single request-and-transcript will include all academic credits. You only need to request more than one transcript when you have more than one intended recipient.
