Student Support Services
The IIC serves Northeast Lakeview College students as one of the key resources in supporting you in your use of learning technologies. We focus on tools used in courses and for coursework and on tools used to communicate with instructors and staff. The eLearning Center staff can assist you with a variety of technology training and solutions. Some of the more popular tools include:
- Canvas
- Google Drive (and other cloud-based software)
- Microsoft Office or Adobe PDF
- Respondus LockDown Browser
- Turnitin
Come to the eLearning Center to get assistance with the installation and/or registration of certain instructional software such as apps, eTextbooks, or publisher software. The eLearning Center staff work closely with other departments in Learning Resources and will refer you to other helpful sites and staff if necessary.
